Corona, CA --- Matt Sauls, Regional Marketing Director for Pardee Homes, was named Marketing Director of the Year at the 20TH Anniversary Laurel Awards.  Presented by the Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council, the annual Laurel Awards competition highlights the Inland Empire’s success and creativity in all aspects of sales, marketing and merchandising in the new home industry, encompassing the Baldy View and Riverside Chapters of the Building Industry Association.

At the event, held August 6 at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center, Pardee Homes received a total of five Laurel Awards including the recognition given to Matt Sauls.  The Best Interior Merchandising of a Collection of Model Homes – Detached Community and Best Virtual Tour/Onsite Sales Experience were presented to Pardee’s Estrella. Pardee Homes and Zukor Design of San Diego received the Laurel Award for Best Graphic Continuity for Broadleaf at Canyon Hills and Pardee’s Susan Callaway, Russ Firmage and Debbie McComb, the sales team at Muirfield/Prestwick in Tournament Hills, received a Laurel Award for Outstanding Sales Team in the $400,000 to $575,000 category.
