Recreation
The 10-acre Eldorado Park, developed by Pardee Homes and donated to the City of North Las Vegas, is adjacent to the Lee Antonello Elementary School, while the 23-acre Seastrand Park, named for the late North Las Vegas Mayor Jim Seastrand, is located just across from Eldorado Highlands’ neighborhoods. Seastrand’s soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, picnic areas, playgrounds and walking trails provide a neighborhood hub and endless opportunities for fun – all within walking or biking distance of your new home. Discovery Park, located in neighboring Aliante, lets imagination take flight with dinosaurs and water features.
Shopping/Entertainment
Informal dining and convenient shopping with large grocery chains and retail stores are developing just outside the entrance to Eldorado. Home Depot, Walmart and Target are all within a three-mile radius, while a Starbucks, CVS pharmacy and more are available in the neighboring community. Fiesta Casino, Texas Station and Santa Fe Casino, movie theaters, an indoor ice-skating rink, video arcades and bowling are also nearby. The new Aliante Station Casino, located at Aliante and 215, is coming soon.
